Dr. Vijay Bhaskar is a distinguished communication professional, editor, and writer whose career spans the diverse realms of media, academia, and development. Holding a Ph.D. in Communication, he combines intellectual depth with editorial precision and a deep understanding of socio-political contexts—qualities that define his contributions across platforms.

He has served as editor with some of the largest circulated newspapers across Mumbai, Bihar, Jharkhand, Rajasthan, and Vidarbha, bringing journalistic integrity and sharp editorial acumen to each role. His tenure as Communication Officer at the British High Commission in New Delhi further expanded his global outlook. During this period, he completed a specialized refresher course at the Central Office of Information (COI) and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) in London, UK.

Throughout his career, Dr. Bhaskar has remained committed to authentic storytelling, impactful policy advocacy, and meaningful documentation of public-interest issues. A proficient communicator in three languages—English, Hindi, and Bhojpuri—he actively works in translation, subtitling, and content development through his initiative, Revival Bharat Publishing.

His recent work includes the development of bilingual and trilingual educational content in science and the humanities, accessible knowledge resources, and research-based writing on digital authoritarianism, geopolitics, and development communication.
