Dr. Vijay Bhaskar is a distinguished communication professional, editor, and writer whose career spans the diverse realms of media, academia, and development. Holding a Ph.D. in Communication and Masters in Science, he combines intellectual depth with editorial precision and a deep understanding of socio-political contexts—qualities that define his contributions across platforms.

He has served as an editor with some of the largest circulated newspapers across Mumbai, Bihar, Jharkhand, Rajasthan, and Vidarbha, where he brought journalistic integrity and sharp editorial acumen to each role. His tenure as Communication Officer at the British High Commission in New Delhi further broadened his global outlook. During this period, he also completed a specialized refresher course at the Central Office of Information (COI) and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) in London, UK.
